Once we have found you the perfect home we will take the information you previously provided to us and send it to the property owner or the owner’s agent so that they can get an idea of who they will be renting to. If the owner decides your application is acceptable we will make sure the lease and any additional legal paperwork is completed correctly and in compliance with Florida Statutes so that you (our customer ) has nothing to worry about during your tenancy.
