Close to the Fort Lauderdale Beaches, downtown, Galleria Mall and many other conveniences, Coral Ridge neighborhood is one of Fort Lauderdale’s most sought after residential areas.
Located within Coral Ridge is the Coral Ridge Yacht Club, Bayview Park, and Bayview Elementary School. Bayview Elementary School is widely considered one of the best public elementary schools in the city. Many families choose Coral Ridge for this very reason. Bayview Park, a public park, offers basketball courts, tennis courts, a baseball field, a children’s playground, and a boat ramp on the Middle River.
There are many waterfront homes in Coral Ridge. On the west side of the neighborhood is the quiet and peaceful Middle River and on the east side there are the isles with finger canals that lead to the Intercoastal Waterway with no fixed bridges to the ocean.
