The Croissant Park neighborhood is one of Fort Lauderdale’s largest residential areas. It is home to many quiet tree lined streets making it a favorite for walkers, joggers and cyclists. This one time sleepy neighborhood has recently seen rapid growth in property development and home values and is only expected to expand even further with the ongoing efforts to revitalize the south Andrews Avenue corridor which is located on the eastern border of Croissant Park.
Located just one mile southwest of downtown Fort Lauderdale and Las Olas, Croissant Park is quickly becoming one of Fort Lauderdale’s most sought after neighborhoods due to its proximity to Downtown Fort Lauderdale, Fort Lauderdale Beach, Fort Lauderdale International Airport and major travel corridors like I-95, I-595 and the turnpike.
